Perhaps more than at any other time in history, we have a diverse and complex art world today. In this world, there are primitive art and classical art that are well preserved or only fragmentary; there are also modern art that has entered art history and is called 'great works'; there are more controversial postmodern art; and there are all kinds of experimental art that are difficult to classify. As rich and complex as it already is, this is only one aspect of the art world, that is, the art world presented from the perspective of professional and professional artists and even those great artists who are called upon to do their duty. New media art brings qualitative changes to the way of art appreciation, the purpose of art creation, the identity and status of artists, the medium of artworks and the space and mechanism of art presentation from the four aspects of "participative object, content symbol, purpose and field". It verifies that the new media art brings art into the field of dialogue with the public in the personalized ways of openness, experience, virtuality and transcendence. As Hegel pointed out, "The principle of the modern world is the freedom of the subject." The communication mode of new media art and the remarkable characteristics of multiple experiences make individual personality experiences have great free space under the foundation of publicity. It not only endows each individual with different experience, but also reconstructs individual perceptual experience and space-time concept, which has certain cultural experimental significance for human to explore the trend of future social development. This is not existing in any art form in the past, but also the unique and important artistic logic of new media art. It can be said that 'publicity' and 'personality experience' are a set of dialectical relations in the whole development process of new media art. They are indispensable to each other and jointly act on individual art perception system.
