Generally, m the case of order-based small companies, it is very important to keep the delivery according to the order of large enterprises. The general manufacturing process consists of a purchase of raw materials, machining, assembly, painting, inspection, and so on. Lead time is the time to take from the order to the delivery, and it must be determined by considering all these processes However, if a purchasing period of raw materials is longer than the delivery of the order, they cannot accept the order Therefore, it is necessary to prepare the sufficient stocks of raw materials to reduce the lead time. MRP system is a material requirement planning program to maintain the optimal stocks for short delivery and minimum cost In this paper, we introduce a process planning program to meet the change of the order and an MRP program to maintain an optimal stocks for short delivery
