The purpose of this study is to provide education officials and parents with useful data and information as well as to lead a constant participation in physical activities for the development of sociability, by examining the effects of satisfactory experiences with after-school physical activities on sport values and sport socialization among middle school students. After analyzing the study with 723 middle school students participating in after-school physical activities, the results are as follows; First, there are significant differences in sport values according to academic year and class type of individual characteristics. Second, there are significant differences in sport socialization according to academic year and class type of individual characteristics. Third, all the sub-variables of satisfactory experiences with physical activities have statistically significant positive effects on all the sub-variables of sport values. Fourth, satisfactory management and satisfactory class, which are sub-variables of satisfactory experiences with physical activities, have statistically significant positive effects on all the sub-variables of sport socialization. Consequently, school officials and physical educators should realize the fact that after-school physical activities enable middle school students to acquire early socialization experience. Understanding the educational value of physical activities, constant attention and efforts are necessary for students to make their social life rich in the future.
