The purpose of this study was to analysis the relationship that influence of service quality and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in the sports centers. To attain the goal of this study, the members of sports centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do 2010 year were set as a collected group. Then, using the cluster random sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 452 people in total. To analyze materials, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis used as statistic analysis techniques. The results of reliability check up were here below. First, the service quality influence on the consumer satisfaction. Second, the service quality influence on the consumer loyalty. Third, the consumer satisfaction influence on the consumer loyalty. Fourth, there’s a connection and interaction among the service quality, the consumer satisfaction and loyalty.
