The purpose of this research was to newly prospect the characteristics of mobile service as new measure of customer oriented marketing of ski resort, and verify the effects of the factors consisting of such characteristics while at the same time clarifying the factors.
333 surveys were used for the actual analysis and as for data processing, path analysis was done by using Windows platform SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The research models were verified through structural equation analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, among the functional characteristics of mobile service, ubiquitous accessibility was shown to have significant effects on recognized usefulness. Second, user familiarity and user innovativeness have significant effects on easiness of using. Third, economic value was shown to have significant effects on as well as the recognized easiness of use. Fourth, it was shown that recognized easiness of use has significant effects on the recognized usefulness, and both recognized usefulness and recognized easiness of use have significant effects on the intention to use.
