The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between health perception of leisure sports participant, well-being attitude and wellbeing-oriented activities. There were three research questions ; firstly the health perception of leisure sports participant will have effect on well-being attitude, secondly, the health perception of leisure sports participant will have effect on wellbeing-oriented activities, thirdly, well-being attitude of leisure sports participant will have effect on wellbeing oriented activities. The subjects of this study was selected by leisure sports participation in Kangwon-do. The final 287 responses collected by convenience sampling method, were used in the data analysis procedure. The questionnaire for the formalization factor of health perception by Jeong(2009), the questionnaire for the formalization factor of well-being attitude by kim(2009), and the questionnaire for the formalization factor of wellbeing-oriented activities by Kim(2010). The statistical methods such as reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the collected data. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: Firstly, health perception of leisure sports participant are influence positive well-being attitude. Secondly, health perception of leisure sports participant are influence positive well-being attitude. Thirdly, well-being attitude of leisure sports participant are influence positive wellbeing-oriented activities.
