Electronic cabinet has limited cooling conditions using outside air and the noise level caused by cooling system should be less. For that reason, the equipment is designed with closed system which has a water cooling system supplied by external coolant. In this study, we performed a temperature measurement test varying heat release value, ambient temperature, and the conditions of cooling water. Then we carried out thermal analysis based on the test results, and calculated the heat exchanging amount and effectiveness of heat exchangers. Prior to the test, numerical simulations were performed by commercial CFD software, Ansys Icepak. And tendency analysis is carried out comparing to the test results.
