초록

Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Plastics (CFRP) has been used as aerospace parts by vacuum forming or compression Recently, CFRP products have been increased the competitiveness with mass production of CFRP system. Also, hybrid composite is needed to improve the CFRP weakness such as low elongation. In this study, CFRP and SUS304 material is combined by hot press mold with temperature variable or loading time. As a result, optimal loading pressure and loading time is 0.4㎫, 5 minutes respectively. Especially, CFRP-SUS304 hybrid composites, which made by hot press molding, have a good interface states with each other.
