The modern society has entered the aging era due to the development of scientific civilization. Participation in society by women is inevitable in the Korean modern society that aging is accelerated and birth rate drop is continued. For this reason, the government has managed the direct and indirect support policy of employer-supported child care facilities for active participation in economy by women and measures against low fertility. But the child care environment system by facility of employer-supported child care facilities in gu offices can be different from each other because they are operated without benefits of the direct and indirect support policy by the government. Therefore, this study tries to grasp the relationship of space with the child care programs of employer-supported child care facilities in gu offices, examine the current status and problems and suggest improvement of space which can carry out various programs in the better child care environment. As for improvements, first, plan of child care rooms by age is desirable and they should be placed according to correlation between the required spaces as examined in investigation. Second, organic connection of health, safety and cleanliness parts with the educational part is desirable because they are the basic life of infants. Third, communication with the social relations should consider space because it is the beginning of the child care activity. Forth, the overlapped space according to the correlationship should show the spacial flexibility by composing it changeably. Fifth, spacial consideration about other required space which is not included in the programs should also be done. Improvement of the existing problems in the employer-supported child care facilities and the one of facility standard according to it should be promptly done
