2030 서울시 도시기본계획안 공간구조체계를 중심으로

This research evaluated the influential factors on the prices of the settlement houses in urban areas by the division of the structure of urban spaces as 3 centric areas, 3 sub-centric areas and 13 lodgement areas based on the basic city planning of Seoul 2030. According to the result of the analysis, the most important factors were number of giant companies in 3 centiric areas (VIP : 1.920), cultural and welfare facilities in 3 sub-centric area (VIP: 1.866), the area of exclusive use space in 13 lodgement areas (VIP : 1.801). As we mentioned the research outcomes above, it should figure out the various factors upon regional characteristics regarding the prices of the urban-life housing. In addition, if it concern the urban-life housing as housing supply means due to the increase of the elderly and one or two persons household, it should be considered the planning to vitalize the provision strategy of those urban-life housing within the basic city planning of Seoul 2030.
