In this study, microbial reactions generated by producing calcium carbonate powder, soft ground (sand) was performed to determine the effects of the strength development. To analyze the cementation effects of calcium carbonate produced by microbial reactions in the sand for the four different types(Untreated, calcium carbonate, cement, calcium carbonate + cement) with different weight(2%, 6%) according to the settlement and were tested after curing(3day, 7day, 14day, 21day, 28day). D 5cm X H 10cm molded into specimens for the uniaxial compressive strength was measured, according to the curing period XRD analysis was performed. a result, the weight ratio and curing period increases, calcium carbonate, cement, calcium carbonate + cement specimens showed a tendency to increase strength. #Microbial reaction #Calcium carbonate powder #Sand ground #Uniaxial compressive strength
