This study is analyzed customer orientation of tour conductor affecting relational commitment. This study is analyzed relational commitment affecting relational performance. As a result, The customer orientation composed the service empathy and service capabilities has affected relational commitment. The the components of relational commitment has affected relational performance. These results provide the following implications.
First, in order to tour conductor is bound to strengthen relational commitment with customers, you will need to form a service consensus.
Second, travel agency managers should not be neglected service capability strengthening of tour conductors in the long term.
Third, customers may be different a degree of commitment analysing about dominated time, economic benefit.
