The world is focusing on creativity and perception as a core capacity for the future society. Based on recognizing social requirement the creativity and perception are very importantly. Although education institute is being changed, educational spaces can accommodate it are not changed. To make a place training creative personality as theoretical research regarding creative personality first. In addition, design strategy is extracted by analyzing example concentrated on creative perceptive place of basic method(flexibility, openness, diversity, networking) and research plan that improve juvenile"s creativity such as layout, elevation, section, ground plan, detailed design.
