This study aims at providing primary data to help Taekwondo training by examining what influences the trainers give to the development of Taekwondo trainees` emotions The study result is as follows. Firstly, Social Supporting Behavior was the most influential type of leadership on the sub-factors of emotional development such as Independency, Emotion controling, Brightness and Mind power. Secondly, Positive Reward was the most influential type of leadership on the confidence of the trainees. Thirdly, Training and Directive Behavior was the most influential type of leadership on the patience of the trainees. Fourth, Democratic Behavior the most influential type of leadership on reducing trainees` anxiety. Fifth, Authoritative Behavior was the least or negative influential type of leadership on every sub-factor of the trainees` emotional development. In conclusion, the types of leadership should be modified to enhance the sub-factors of trainees` emotional development. In other words, Leaders should display a proper leadership behavior to each trainee according to the trainee` needs.
