This study refers to examination into possible effects of service quality in water leisure sports facility on customer satisfaction, revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention. In order to determine possible associations among all respective sub factors that comprise service quality, customer satisfaction, revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention, and thereby take a new analytic approach to phenomena and provide a basic academic reference material, this study conducted a questionnaire survey for total 326 participants who resort to water leisure sports facility located in Gyeonggi and Gangwon province. All data collected from the survey were analyzed through factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions： First, the analysis on possible effects of service quality upon the sub factors of customer satisfaction showed that the service quality had most significant effects on program, which was followed by major facility, leadership and incidental facility respectively. Second, the analysis on possible effects of service quality on the sub factors of revisit intention showed that the service quality had most significant effects on leadership, which was followed by incidental facility and major facility respectively. Third, the analysis on possible effects of service quality on word-of-mouth intention showed that the service quality had most significant effects upon incidental facility, which was followed by employees, major facility and leadership respectively.
