The purpose of this study is to provide the material for technical improvement of women’s long jump by comparative analysis of kinematic factors from 3 steps of running start to takeoff phase, movement in the air, and landing moment targeting 3 skilled and 3 unskilled of Long Jump of college female athletes. The results of this study are as in the following.
First, the time for skilled and unskilled athletes skilled in the P4 showed a long time(p〈.05). Second, the CM(center of mass) left and right displacement of skilled in comparison to the unskilled, E6, E7, showed a large displacement to the right from the E8(p〈.05). CM before and after displacement skilled, showed a large displacement in the forward direction(p〈.05). And vertical displacement are skilled E2, E4, E5 showed a small displacement from(p〈.05). Third, the CM horizontal velocity was found that all events except those skilled E8 fast(p〈.05). CM and vertical velocity showed a difference in skilled and unskilled E2(p〈.05), E3 showed a faster rate in the unskilled than skilled downward(p〈.05). Those skilled in the E8 and showed a faster rate downward compared to unskilled(p〈.05). Fourth, the step 2 of the P1 showed a long stride skilled compared to unskilled(p〈.05). Fifth, skilled showed largely in the direction behind the trunk tilt angle compared to unskilled in E6(p〈.05). Sixth, jump foot ankle angle was found to have a person skilled in the E6 large(p〈.05).
Unskilled players need to move the CM fast before takeoff phase and make up for their swing leg squat by adjusting their steps to improve their record. And they need to supplement their jump posture during running start.
