This study evaluated the impact on circuit weight training neurotransmitters in middle-aged women. Based on this, and to provide the motion information that can improve the health of middle-aged women. The study different subjects in the 40 to 50 under for the normal body configuration with no specific illness. They Were divided into two groups; circuit weight training group(CTG)(n=13) and control group(CG)(n=10). who exercised less than once a week within the last three months, and the CTG was conducted regularly training program of fitness center for twelve weeks. From each group, blood was collected to examine and compare changes in serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine and body composition. Using SPSS Statistics 17, examined by using a two-way ANOVA checked difference within groups. As a result, the following conclusion could be obtained. First, changes in body CTG configuration according to body weight, lean body mass, showed a statistically significant difference between groups in the %body fat(p〈.05)(p〈.05) (p〈.05), lean body mass and %body fat is also statistically significant differences appear according to the period(p〈.001)(p.05), the interaction of the group and period showed a statistically significant difference in lean body mass(p〈.01). Second, changes in the neurotransmitters of the CTG are serotonin, dopamine, it showed a statistically significant difference between groups in norepinephrine(p〈.05)(p〈.05)(p〈.05). Therefore, the application of circuit weight training for middle-aged women could be confirmed that the health of the body composition, hormonal health and neurotransmitters positive movements.
