The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among store personality, identification, switching cost and loyalty of sports goods. The subjects were customer and 310 data were collected and 296 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. As for data processing, this research verified individual hypotheses after verifying goodness of fit for a model SPSSWIN Ver. 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Based on the above study method and procedures, the result of the study are summarized as follows. First, store personality had significant influence on identification. Second, identification had significant influence on switching cost and loyalty. Third, switching cost had significant influence on and loyalty. #store personality #identification #switching cost #loyalty
