The purpose of study is to develop the quality elements’ scales of curriculums based on NCS(National Competency Standards), and to analysis empirically the structural relationship with career preparation behavior for their effectiveness.
As results of this study are followings as below. First, the all quality elements of curriculums based on NCS effect to satisfaction in major. Second, while the only lecturers’ ability of quality elements of curriculums based on NCS affects satisfaction in career decision making self-efficacy, and teaching method, contents of education, environment of education did not affect it. Third, satisfaction in major affects career decision making self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior. Fourth, career decision making self-efficacy affects career preparation behavior. This study provides significant implications that necessity of the policy and institutional necessity for optimal human resource management which government suggests comprehensively systematizing and offering ability of performance in a relevant ability by degree of levels and field of industries. #국가직무능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards) #전공만족도(Satisfaction in Major) #진로결정 자기효능감(Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy) #진로준비행동(Career Preparation Behavior)
