This study was intended to enhance an understanding on employees at hotels by identifying the relationship of influence of education/training of hotel employees on the job satisfaction and turnover intention and to suggest a plan for decreasing turnover by promoting the work environment that can improve job satisfaction. In other words, this study aimed to identify the relationship of influence of education/training on hotel employees on job satisfaction and turnover intention. As the demand of high-quality service is increased by consumers in the hotel market, it is by far the most important to maintain predominance in competition from more systematic management of human resource in order to secure regular customers and attract new customers. It is assumed that continuously pursuing profits as a highly competitive company by possessing employees with high level of job satisfaction will significantly influence not only on companies but also on their own happiness.
In general, the importance of education/training shall be more emphasized in the future, and the contents of education must be beneficial to operation in the field. In addition, since well-preparation of education improves the quality of education, it is desirable to constitute the education program for benefiting the practical work.
