The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education satisfaction on education performance of the cooking commissioned student who are Polytechnic school in Seoul. The hypothesis was that "The level of education satisfaction of cooking commissioned students would give positive(+) influence on the education performance", and one of the four hypotheses in the subordinate scope was rejected and three hypotheses were adopted. The results of empirical analysis were summarized as follows. "The level of education satisfaction of cooking commissioned students would give positive(+) influence on the education performance", was proved as statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, the following implications were grasped. First, it was necessary that commissioned educators should develop competence to provide job counseling and there was a need to deploy specialized educators for vocational training and guidance. Second, for educational environments and facilities, it was necessary to provide sufficient cooking tools necessary for practical training, and facilities in the laboratory for ventilation and air conditioning should be operated efficiently so as to learn at more pleasant environment. Third, the educator should organize the contents of the education program to be concrete and feasible in response to the acquisition of professional skills and acquisition of qualifications, employment and advancement.
