Due to a shift in consumer awareness about scalp care, the market for damage and health care is growing rapidly, this study examines the causes of scalp care and satisfaction with the home scalp care and salon scalp care users, and provides practical direction for the scalp care industry by understanding the needs of consumers. Based on the prior study on scalp care perception and satisfaction level, have looked at the management perception and satisfaction level of scalp home care and salon care products, theresearch method conducted a self-recorded questionnaire for men and women in their 20s to 40s and older who had received both home and salon scalp care services. The procedures for the study were set up as a study problem, a questionnaire, a data collection and statistical analysis, and a conclusion drawing, and the analysis method was performed frequency analysis, independent sample t-test, and ANOVA. As a result of this study, consumers were aware of the differences in the effects and results after the care was taken between home care and salon care, and the result was a higher level of satisfaction with scalp care. Home care has been highly satisfied with dry, oily consumers and using scalp care products for protection purposes. This study has helped provide academic and practical data on scalp care in the future through consumer awareness of scalp care and satisfaction studies with home scalp care and salon scalp care users.
