The purpose of this study is to find out how to activate sports activities for the disabled and normalize the adapted physical education for them.The methods of research was conducted through documentary inquiry.In the theoretical background, firstly the concept of the disabled, secondly the special education and adapted physical education for the disabled, finally the purpose and significance of the physical education for the disabled were dealt with.The results of the research are as follows;First, the concept of the physical education for the disabled needs to be advanced. Second, the physical education activities in special schools should be normalized. Third, the 'Physical Education for All' should also be activated for the disabled. Fourth, the players of sports for the disabled should be competitive too. Finally, the sports for the disabled should also be scientific.
