The purpose of this study was to provide meaningful consideration to practice employment tools for both of regular and nonregular employee how to satisfy and motivate their job satisfaction and organizational behavior moderating with hotel incentives. In this study 183 samples was investigated both regular and nonregular hotel employees in Busan and Kyeong Nam Provinces, and empirical analysis using SPSS 18.0 was performed as some practical considerations was suggested as follows. First, opportunity for speciality was most significant for job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors both of regular and nonregular hotel employees. Second, job guarantee was significant for job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors both of reguqlar and nonregular hotel employees. That is present status for employee's psychologic situation to feel their job status instable and lower satisfaction, and they are not fully commitment for their job and organization as indifferent employment system will be more attached to career commitment as organizational efficiency will be reduced. And Other factor was ignored for regular and nonregular hotel employees to motivate job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior moderating with hotel incentives, that is, present hotel employing system and corporate culture was more weak since recent hotel massive deployment and economic stagflations. Therefore, hotel manager should seek to provide and arrange for regulars to enhance self efficacy and empowerment of their job and rights, whereas to considerate different job and caAnd hotel will be organizaed employment system to mentor and train for elder employees near umemployment comes up. As they are concilated to reduce regular and non regular conflicts and coordinate to hotel and employee relations.reer training programs for non regular to learn speciality carrering courses.
