Korea will develop and implement various environmental policies and legislations to realize environmental soundness, economic efficiency and social balance and to open doors to an era of life-respecting and green nation. Korea is now entering the age of full-scale democratization. However, public concern about Aviation Noise Regulation has been extended to an alarming level by a series of recent airline noise disputes in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to examine, the noise pollution by military aircraft (military aircraft Emissions), for example, in the East Coast. And this paper aims to find the improvement of its environmental situation. Both German and Japanese Aviation Noise legislation well as relevant cases will be discussed. Given the present situation as outlined above, it would be highly desirable to establish and incorporate in the Aviation Noise Regulation authority concerned certain mandatory standards both for legal certainty and effective implementation. Korea will engage actively in environmental cooperation in line with the new international environmental order. In order to confirm Koreas advanced environmental standing we shall establish the new Strategy for the Preparation of the legal system for proper management of the Aviation Noise.
