The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational communication and organizational behavior in the beauty industry. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, research problem was set up. Research question "Does organizational communication of cosmetics industry influence organizational behavior?" The data of this study were used for the subjects of major and minor, and statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS and AMOS (Ver. 21.0) program. Hypothesis Test Results on Research Problems. First, vertical communication and informal communication are important for organizational behavior for both the majors of the beauty industry and non-majors. Second, vertical communication is important for organizational behavior for the students majoring in the beauty industry. Third, it was proved that informal communication is important for organizational behavior for non-qualified people in the beauty industry. This study is to prove the relationship between organizational communication and organizational behavior of the beauty industry workers and it is very meaningful in that it examines the influence of these variables on two different groups of major and minor, do. As a result, unlike in the past, nowadays, the number of major subjects related to cosmetics is increasing in the field, so there is always the collaboration and conflict between the major and minor of the worker in the cosmetics industry and it is meaningful to research on communication and action between the two groups.
