This study analyzes the Villa Verde in Constitución of Chile and the MIR New Orleans Housing in New Orleans of the US planned for the residents damaged by natural disaster by Elemental of Alejandro Aravena. For this, this study verifies his architectural concept, Incremental Housing, and also considers and analyzes the Villa Verde and MIR New Orleans Housing.
