The purpose of this study is to present basic data of human development research by studying changes in body composition, basic exercise skills, and brain characteristics by period, and to provide useful information for discovering excellent athletes as well as efficient exercise guidance in sports and sports sites. In other words, the proportion of the head in the body in growing from infancy to adulthood decreases. This shows that the brain grows before the body. Both male and female infants show rapid increases in weight, height, and head circumference, and their athletic ability also develops rapidly. The brain was able to see the brain develop in time, with the brain stem, the limbic system, and the cerebral cortex all developing. Both men and women in infancy grew faster overall, although their height, weight, hair circumference, and body fat protection rates were somewhat slower than infants. Infants were called pre-manipulators and the temporal lobe in charge of the language field was activated. Childhood grows slower than infancy. However, childhood can also perform various exercises due to the development of large and small muscles. This period develops the parietal lobe. The parietal lobe connects senses and motion, and is responsible for spatial awareness and directional perception. School-age is a time when the collective life of school begins, adapts, and competes in earnest. As puberty begins in adolescence, height and weight change and secondary sex are experienced as a period of rapid growth. In general, female teenagers experience the peak of a surge in growth at the age of 12, and male teenagers at 14. Adolescence increases the level of thinking because the brain increases the number of nerve cells and the connection becomes complicated.
