Purpose: This study is to explore the relationship among labor market flexibility, job insecurity, and non-financial performance in commercial sports facilities.
Method: For this purpose, the employees of commercial sports facilities in Jeollabukdo provinces were surveyed. Except for twenty-three, final 277 out of 300 questionnaires were statistically managed. SPSS 24.0 and Amos 8.80 were used for statistical analysis.
Results: The following results came from the study. First, the labor market flexibility of commercial sports facilities was significant to job insecurity of employee in commercial sports facilities. Second, the labor market flexibility of commercial sports facilities was significant to non-financial performance of employee in commercial sports facilities. Third, the job insecurity of employee in commercial sports facilities was significant to non-financial performance.
Conclusion: This study is helpful in comprehending the implication and significance of labor market flexibility. It provides an efficient clue for the development of Korea"s commercial sports facilities.
