This study aims to provide personal capabilities, practical marketing measures, and information necessary for operation to beauty service workers by studying their personal characteristics, business management strategies, and business performance in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces. A survey was conducted on 320 people working in the beauty service industry in Daejeon Chungcheong Province from June 1 to July 31, 2019, and the collected data were conducted using SPSS 22.0 to analyze frequency, exploratory factors, reliability, basic statistics, and correlation. Next, it was found that it has a relatively high correlation between efficacy and service quality, efficacy and creativity, creativity and service quality, creativity and product quality, service quality and product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Therefore, the higher the quality of the service, the higher the business sustainability, and the higher the business sustainability, the higher the financial performance. In other words, in order to improve business performance, differentiated marketing strategies that focus on improving service quality are needed. Through this, it is intended to provide management of beauty service businesses with data that can help them earn profits, which is an essential element of differentiated competitiveness, and to provide practical data that can increase and develop their competitiveness as professionals.
