The objective of this study was to estimate the magnitude of the core exercise programs' effectiveness. To achieve this objective, this study identified the goals of the health and fitness-related core exercises proposed by previous studies as dependent variables and evaluated the effects of these programs on the goals by applying a meta-analysis methodology. This study measured and analyzed using the R program to evaluate the effectiveness of exercise programs. The results of the study are as follows. The core exercise programs significantly affected health-related physical fitness. It was found that the core exercise programs were effective. The effects varied according to the characteristics of the study subject. Particularly, it was found that the effectiveness of the core exercise program was determined by the characteristics and attributes of the study subject. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the provided core exercise program was decided by the attribute, range, and shape of the subject who was the target of the exercise program for enhancing health-related core strength.
