The purpose of this study is to suggest the appropriate intensity of complex exercise to improve obesity accompanied by metabolic diseases in men, and to provide guidelines for exercise prescription in practice. The subjects of this study were selected obese males aged 30-39 years from G Metropolitan City, and among them, 15 patients with hypertension were finally selected through blood pressure test. In order to compare the effects of the difference in intensity of compound exercise, 5 people each from LG(Low Group), MG(Medium Group), and HG(High Group) were randomly selected. The study period was a total of 9 weeks of exercise program. It consisted of screening at week 0 and pre- and post-measurement at week 10. The research results are as follows. Complex exercise in obese men with hypertension showed the most positive and significant effect on LDL-C, HDL-C, and TG of blood lipids at an HRmax of 55-70%. In the Complex exercise of obese men with hypertension, exercise intensity of 55~70% of HRmax showed the most positive and significant effect on systolic and diastolic blood pressure change. During complex exercise in obese men with hypertension, high-intensity exercise with HRmax exceeding 75% did not show significant changes in blood lipid TG. Significant changes in blood pressure were shown at all levels of HRmax exceeding 40-75% during complex exercise in obese men with hypertension. Therefore, Complex exercise can be recommended to improve blood lipids and hypertension in obese men with hypertension, and HRmax of 55-70% is considered to be the most appropriate exercise intensity.
