In a situation that an experimental research is difficult and unavailable, the Structural Equation Model, which is the multi-variate analysis of making it easy for inference on causality among variables, is the technique that can analyze and evaluate interrelation among variables in the position of the whole model and that clarifies structural relationship among variables. This study arranges on the criteria of evaluating composition, analytical procedure and model fit in SEM(Structural Equation Model) and uses actual data, which measured on elderly patients’ dental satisfaction and revisit intention. Thus, the aim is to grasp the influential relationship of the dentistry facilities, dentist, administration, dental hygienist, and accessibility upon revisit intention by having medium as the elderly patients’ dental satisfaction. The standardization factor from hospital facility to satisfaction was .153, the standardization factor from dentist to satisfaction was .352, the standardization factor from administrative administration to satisfaction was .187, the standardization factor from dental hygienist to satisfaction was .262, The standardization factor for satisfaction was .003, and the standardization factor for satisfaction from reuse was .872. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of the analysis were as follows. First, the model was constructed by using hospital facilities, dentists, administrative administration, dental hygienist, accessibility as the latent variables, In the research hypothesis test, the better the dentist ‘s skill, the higher the dental satisfaction of the elderly patients, and the higher the dental satisfaction, the higher the re - use intention.
