In the New Normal Era brought by the 4<SUP>th</SUP> Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 pandemic, dramatic changes have occurred in social and industrial structures. This study attempted to investigate entrepreneurship which can help students majoring in cosmetology promote challenging and creative self-innovation in current adverse employment situations. For this, it examined the influence of entrepreneurship on employment preparation activities and employment perception against college students in the Era of the 4<SUP>th</SUP> Industrial Revolution, and the results found the followings.
In 3 entrepreneurship variables, proactiveness had a significant effect on employment preparation activities and employment perception while no influence was found in innovation and risk-taking propensity. In addition, employment preparation activities played a complete-mediation role in entrepreneurship- employment intention relationships. Therefore, it means that college students majoring in beauty should also spread anti-trust relationship education based on the practical perspective of cultivating existing skills and cultivating technology. It is anticipated that the study results would help college students majoring in cosmetology plan their job-seeking activities. This study also implies that well-organized education is needed for them to develop their competence and entrepreneurship
