In this study, SPSS 21.0 Program was used to search development direction of youth center sports facilities by recognizing the difference between satisfaction and harm factors by sport for all components of youth center sports facility users. Cronbachs''α value was used for exploratory factor analysis and reliability test to test validity of frequency analyzed data for demographic characteristics, and t-test, one-way ANOVA was performed in which significance level(p) was set as .05. Multiple response analysis was performed to deduct improvement plans by each sport for all components and adults using youth centers with sports facilities were selected as the population for research in which stratified sampling was used to be used in data analysis of 395 subject. First, significant difference by sport for all components were shown according to demographic characteristics. Second, significant difference by sport for all components was shown according to use behavior. Third, significant difference was shown in harm factors of sports facility usage according to demographic characteristics. Fourth, significant difference was shown in harm factors of sports facility usage according to use behavior. Based on multiple response analysis results to deduct improvement plans of sport for all components and the research results above, performance of kindness education of instructors, operation of specialized teachers(instructors), employment of permanent teachers(instructors), operation of customized programs by age, operation of programs for families, program development to minimize cost, security and convenience of users, gentrification of facilities, and development of efficient facility operation manuals are required for exemplary operation of youth center sports facilities not to be left behind other sports facilities. For this study to suggest more professional and systematic operation improvement plans subject to users using youth center sports facilities, it is considered that follow-up study subject to sport for all managers among youth center workers must be conducted.
