In this paper, we examine the supervisory support affects self-efficacy, customer orientation and job performance. Especially, we focused call center service.
From the literature review, A research model consists of 4 factors that were supervisory support, self-efficacy, customer orientation and job performance have tested empirically and 762 data were collected as sample in order to verify these hypotheses.
Our findings indicate that supervisory support has positively influenced on not only customer orientation, but also self-efficacy. In addition, both self-efficacy and customer orientation have an effect on job performance.
