A regenerator/collector with black epoxy painting was constructed for practical performance outside. Magnitude of the collector made of aluminum was 1.2 by 1.2 meters. In this experiment, the flat plate type solar collector was used for obtaining heat from the solar radiation in winter.
As a result, the collector efficiency of this collector was about 23 to 25% in winter. Although these values were not higher than others, however it can be considered that the heating performance can be improved by coating with the selective surface on the collector.
