The purposes of this study are (1) to explore the working condition of female flight attendants and examine which working condition factors effects on fatigue, (2) to verify the impact of flight attendants’ fatigue on extra-role safety behavior, and upward safety communication, and (3) to investigate the relationships of flight attendants’ fatigue, work-family conflict, and the quality of life. For empirical investigation, a mobile survey was conducted and the data collected from 262 flight attendants were analyzed. The results revealed that (1) working conditions of female flight attendants were categorized into physical conditions, psychological conditions, environmental conditions, and irregular patterns and psychological conditions and irregular patterns enhanced the fatigue, (2) fatigue negatively effected on upward safety communication, and (3) fatigue had impact on work-family conflicts and the quality of life and work-family conflicts influenced quality of life significantly. Academic and practical implications were provided based on findings of this study.
