    We performed numerical study using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) on the characteristics of contaminant transfer in a clean space. In particular, this study was compared for the moving velocity of LCD panel and air velocity of Fan Filter Unit(FFU). We applied the number of deposited particles on the LCD panel as method to evaluate the particle deposition characteristic. The study model is cleaning device that is used for one among the manufacturing process of LCD product. It is concluded that added FFUs in space is capable of maintaining lower deposition rate on the LCD panel and particle concentration than current space regardless of moving velocities of the LCD, and reversely decreasing the air velocity of FFUs is the better for decreasing deposition rate. Since increasing velocity of panel doesn't always reduce the deposition rate, optimal velocity is 0.24m/s. Thus, according to panel velocity and air velocity of FFUs, we can reduce the processing time and using the energy of FFUs.
