    Nowadays, mostly we have to face lots of difficulties while working on projects where we need to interact with hardware system which is expansive, dangerous and laborious to change various parameters according to our requirements. Main concept of this paper is to pay attention towards these mentioned problems and provide appropriate solution while working on high budget projects in real time environment. In this paper, virtual model of a real time physical system is presented which is controlled by various hardware systems to carry out experimental processes. This replacement reduce cost and improves the quality of physical and control systems, by enabling more intact testing without interruption under possible severe conditions and allows to test even when you have no prototypes. One of the industrial processes is designed and presented in Matlab/Simulink real time simulation. Arduino Mega 2560 is used to act as a virtual system with our hardware system to perform monitoring and control algorithms.
