The purpose of this study is to research strategies for effectively providing employment service for students with disabilities. The research methods for this study include survey and interviews with students with disability and manager of support center for the disability students.
The suggestions of analysis are follows. First, mentoring service for students by Korea Employment Agency is needed. Second, two-track strategy is important to provide customized job information. third, internship program will be useful for the students with disabilities because there is few opportunity to experience on the job training in school. And finally, last but not least, the cooperative inter organization among education, employment and welfare are essential for successful employment service.
