This study is basically literature research. Literature research was used in designing priority research model and research hypotheses. The author also have adopted the questionnaires to collect statistical data that were needed in verification process, and have selected the employee engaged in the deluxe hotels mainly located in Busan, as the sample for the research.
The purpose of this study was to find a solution to some managerial problems from the present difficult environments of hotel administration by improving service qualities. Under these hard environments, the necessity of this research is presented from the judgement of requiring the excellent leadership of hotel managers to progress hotel employees' Self-Esteem and Organizational Commitment.
