    Communications services will have to be user-friendly by introducing more human factors into the services to facilitate the user's access to services. But, from the customer's viewpoint, the purpose of telecommunication is to help people to better understand each other's intentions over space and distance. Human hope for a communication network to emerge that will help easy understanding of their intention. Such communication system is expected to emerge after ISDN or next generation(fifth generation). With the foregoing in mind, this paper describes the technical feasibility and the social problems for a new communication network to help understanding the human intentions.
