    Advanced Intelligent Network(AIN) and X.500 have similarity in the between X.500 capabilities and the requirements for the Service Control Function(SCF) to Service Data Function(SDF) interface[8]. As an interface, SCF can be mapped as a Directory User Agent(DUA) and SDF can be mapped as a Directory System Agent(DSA)[8]. Based on the concept, X.500 Directory can be applied to AIN. This paper shows that the SCF-SDF of AIN can use X.500 Directory Agent Protocol(DAP) / Directory System Protocol(DSP) in the each interface. In addition to retrieve, screen and update operation which suggest already in ITU-T[6,8], some other operations in the relationship between the SCF and SDF, such as addEntry, removEntry, abandon, directoryBind and directoryUnbind will be shown. In this paper we suggest to apply the X.500 DSP to the SDF-SDF interface to perform distribution function. Also we show that the several classification about the SCF-SDF and SDF-SDF relationship can be possible under applying X.500 DAP/DSP within the set of CS1(Capability Set One), CS2 and CS3. Finally, based on the above contents, we introduce the designed schematic diagram of AIN SDF Server System for distributed processing in AIN.
