This article presents a literature review of evaluation and responsiveness of tourism resources in Backje Cultural Tourism Zone. The research methodology of IPA incorporated the use of focus group and in depth interviews together with a quantitative survey of tourists visiting Backje Cultural Tourism Zone. Tourists' value using by IPA have long been considered an important variables for strategies of tourism marketing.
Single value may be grouped on the basis of their importance rating into higher order value domains represents a degree of tourists' value. Evaluation of tourism resource serve to maintain tourists' satisfaction and consistent behaviour in those situation where one or more value may be in conflict. Activation of Backje Cultural Tourism Zone increasingly is used to enhance rural and regional economics.
So activation of Backje Cultural Tourism Zone, they have to expand tourism development with a point of tourists' view on the basis of this study.
