This paper is relating to the legal restriction of cloning human life or being and the legal status of cloned human life or being. The present writer insists that any experiment for cloning the human life or being be prohibited in any case. In spite of the legal restrictions against the experiment many scientists try to clone the human life or being and has made a great success in developing the way to do so. The speedy advance of the technique to clone the human life or being may make us face soon the cloned human life including the cloned human embryo and cloned human individual. The cloned human beings may be present somewhere in this world. If so unfortunately, our present legal system would not be suitable for establishing their legal status including their right to keep their life and their domestic relationship. The present writer tried to find the way through rebuilding the legal principles relating to the status of embryo and parentship. He insists that even the cloned human embryo has the right of life as soon as the insemination finishes and especially suggests to take the sociological approach to determine its parents.
