The weight is acting important role at the decision-making process being used in various field. This research introduces AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) that was used usually by weight calculation method and examines a limit of AHP methods. In addition, We drew new weight through order Logit and Probit analysis that is statistical analysis method by weight calculation that can supplement a boundary of Analysis Hierarchy Process. And we caculate weights of CAMEL which is management performance estimation model for financial institution by using Logit & Probit and compare these with the current weights. As a result, weights drawn by statistical analysis method reflect management Performance more correctly. This implies that calculated weight through statistical analysis method is superior to the current weight for financial institution's performance evaluation.
