    We compared the similarity of walking patterns from two stability walking models (static and dynamic) for a six-degrees-of-freedom small-sized biped robot. The static stability condition considers the position of the center of mass, while the dynamic stability condition considers the position of the zero moment point. Simulated Annealing was used to find the best walking pattern from both models. The Euclidian distance between the parameters of both walking patterns was used for comparison. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also used to confirm the results. The results indicated that both models give an undistinguishable walking pattern. Lastly, the results were verified with a real biped robot.
