This study is to examine a hierarchical structure of various factors which may affects the housing price. Under the hypotheses that the determinants of housing price indicate the nesting structure at the multi-level, this study systematically analyzed the influences of urban infrastructure on housing price at regional dimension with the effects on the price at the individual dimension such as building and site characteristics. To achieve the research objective, this study used the hierarchical linear model which may overcome the limit of the traditional hedonic model. This study focused on the influences of regional characteristic of urban infrastructure on housing price, even if the individual level of analysis was conducted. In conclusion the hierarchical linear model makes it possible to understand the structure of housing price and the factors which may affects the housing price in depth compred to other model. Also, the model may provide more important policy implications with respect to the supply of the urban infrastructure and balanced development.
