    The purpose of this research is to develop assessment tool which can be used in consulting process for support of assistive technology device.
    The development process of evaluation tool is as follows: Assessment element is deduced through literacy analysis and it was revised based on the collected opinions of experts which was the first revision. In order to test the actual applicability of developed assessment instrument, pilot test was conducted with the users of Daegu Assistive Technology Device Center. Based on the result of pilot test, it was revised for the second time and final assessment instrument created. The analysis result of reliability and validity of the developed assessment tool shows that the reliability level is satisfactory. Regarding the validity test, construct validity and convergent validity turned out to be valid. Also, a standard that enables judgment on the level of predisposition was suggested to increase the use of predisposition test on the assistive technology device.
    In this research, protocol for process of consulting assessment was developed to support assistive technology device. The protocol suggests the entire process from the early consulting stage to follow-up management stage and as an assessment material for each stage of the process, predisposition test, early stage interview test and check-list for the degree of demand of assistive technology device was also developed and suggested.
    This assessment tool was developed to support the task of consulting assessment of assistive technology device. However, it is expected that if some parts in main key words of predisposition test questions are adjusted, the application range can be expanded from the working disabled to all the disabled people.
